High performance is easy to chase.
It’s harder to sustain.

I work with high-responsibility leaders and organizations operating under sustained pressure.

My work focuses on the link between personal wellbeing, leadership capacity, and professional performance - especially where burnout, cognitive overload, and unmanaged demand begin to affect decision-making, retention, and long-term sustainability.

I hold an MBA from Hult International Business School and am a Certified Health Coach with a focus on executive performance and burnout prevention.

Before building Executive Edge, I worked inside corporate environments where high output was expected… and recovery was often treated as optional.

What I saw repeatedly was this:

The most capable leaders were the first to quietly burn out.

Not because they couldn’t handle pressure.
Because they handled it for too long without structural support.

That is the gap Executive Edge Wellness is built to address.

They are not looking for motivation.

They are looking for sustainability.

who I work with

Group of six young adults working on laptops around a dining table in a cozy, wood-paneled room with large windows, one person with headphones, another wearing earbuds, and a flowerpot on the table.
Woman in brown coat sitting on stool in a cafe with a young child standing next to her, looking down, inside a room with large glass windows and a potted plant nearby.
A woman with dark hair and dark eyes standing against a red brick wall. She is wearing a black blazer, black pants, and black sneakers, with her arms crossed and one leg slightly raised.

what makes this different

This is not traditional wellness programming, and it is not generic executive coaching.

Executive Edge Wellness helps leaders and organizations understand where sustained pressure is affecting performance - and how to respond in a way that is practical, measurable, and aligned with business demands.

We address issues such as:

  • cognitive overload

  • recovery failure

  • emotional regulation under pressure

  • work-to-home spillover

  • capacity mismatches

  • leadership strain

  • burnout risk

Because performance rarely breaks down from a lack of ambition. It breaks down when demand outpaces recovery, support, and sustainable capacity.

If performance is being sustained at the expense of long-term capacity, this is the work I do.

A woman with dark hair, wearing a beige blazer and dark pants, stands against a light-colored wall with her hand resting on her chin.

My approach is grounded in both human performance and business reality.

I understand what sustained pressure looks like inside demanding environments, and I help leaders build the capacity required to perform without quietly running themselves into the ground.
