Redefining wellness for high performers—

at work, at home, and in life

hi, I’m Iris

I’m the founder of Executive Edge Wellness, and I help ambitious professionals build a life and career they don’t need to recover from.

With over 13 years in the health and fitness industry, I took a slight detour in 2017. I pursued a corporate career, chasing the fulfillment I thought might come from working in fast-paced business environments. I landed high-pressure roles in recruitment and sales at some of the most recognized and demanding organizations in North America, including a Fortune 500 construction giant, the continent’s #1 staffing agency, and a Canadian unicorn-status tech company.

What I gained in that season was perspective — and a clearer purpose than ever before.

I realized that no matter how successful someone appeared on paper, many were exhausted, disconnected, and barely hanging on. The habits, systems, and energy required to feel good — let alone perform at their best — weren’t accessible, or even encouraged.

And I felt it too.
The more I pushed, the more I lost the habits that once felt second nature to me.
More stress, less sleep. More screens, less self-care. More pressure to keep up, and no room to come home to myself.

That experience reshaped me as a coach. It deepened my empathy, sharpened my strategy, and fueled my mission:

To help high performers reclaim their health and energy — without sacrificing their ambition.

Executive Edge exists because I saw the gap, the disconnect between what people know about health and what they actually do. Especially for professionals in high-pressure roles, the old advice doesn’t cut it anymore. Wellness has to work in real life.

That’s why my work combines:

  • Behavioral psychology

  • Habit and identity change

  • Systems-level wellness design

  • And yes, training, nutrition, recovery, and performance science

This is about learning to lead your life (and your team) from a place of strength — not burnout.

who I work with

I work with two kinds of people:

  • Organizations who are ready to ditch one-off wellness initiatives and build true cultures of performance and wellbeing from the inside out.

  • High-performing individuals who want more energy, presence, and clarity without sacrificing ambition or success.

why my work is different

This isn’t surface-level wellness. I don’t just hand you a list of habits and hope for the best.

We focus on:

  • The psychology of lasting behaviour change

  • The systems that support consistency

  • And the real-life messiness of leadership, parenthood, entrepreneurship, and modern life

Whether I’m coaching an individual or advising an organization, I design integrated, sustainable approaches that actually work — and I help people follow through.

core values

These aren't just abstract ideas, they’re the foundation of how we coach, lead, and create lasting transformation.

  • Courage
We challenge comfort zones. Growth starts when you lean into discomfort, and we’re right there with you when you do.

  • Authenticity
We strip away the noise so you can live in alignment with what really matters — your values, your truth, your pace.

  • Integrity
Trust is earned with others and with yourself. Our work is built on honest accountability and consistent action.

  • Resilience
True strength isn’t just physical. We coach across the full spectrum: mental, emotional, and lifestyle resilience that fuels sustainable success.

what you can expect

This isn’t about perfection. It’s about high-impact change that works with your life — not against it.

I help you:

  • Reconnect with your energy and motivation

  • Build habits that actually last

  • Implement performance-driven systems that protect your wellbeing

  • Lead yourself and others with clarity and alignment
